Quality Technician

We are looking for a technically minded professional with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement, who will contribute to ensuring that our machines and installations meet the defined quality standards throughout the entire manufacturing and validation process. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with different departments, participating in process definition, machine validation and incident analysis, both at our facilities and, occasionally, at customer sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop operating procedures for machine assembly and pre-assembly at the production facility, including control and verification points.
• Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) validations of machines and/or installations at the production facility, including the definition of criteria, control points, inspection plans and improvement proposals.
• Carry out follow-up activities and/or validations of installations at customer sites (SAT).
• Analyse incidents, prepare reports and indicators (KPIs), and define improvement action plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Availability to travel.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial quality, machine validation or an industrial environment.
• Advanced proficiency in office software.
• Knowledge of industrial quality standards and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
